Everything from the concept and budget to the venue, vendors, design, timeline and coordination on the day. Food, service, music and design all sit with the studio, so couples are not managing many suppliers themselves.

01 · The Studio

For seventeen years, Wenxin and her team have planned weddings in Singapore and around the world, from intimate gatherings of thirty to multi-day wedding weekends.

We look after everything a celebration needs. Food, service, music, flowers, design, and the hundred small decisions in between. No detail goes unconsidered, and very little of it should ever land on you.

Couples come to us wanting a real experience for their guests, and the freedom to actually live their own wedding. That is the work. To hold all of it quietly, so the day feels like yours and runs like it was always going to.

Full-service, which means the whole thing.

Planning & design

We take a wedding from a blank page to the final send-off. Concept, budget, venue, vendors, design, the timeline, and the coordination on the day itself. One team holding the plan so you do not have to.

Destination weddings

Weddings held away from home, planned and run in full. We have worked in the United States, the Maldives, Sydney, Bali, Phuket and Kuala Lumpur, and we manage the logistics of getting a wedding abroad off the ground from Singapore.

Intimate celebrations

Smaller does not mean simpler. For one couple, thirty guests on the Raffles lawn was exactly right, and every part of it was considered as closely as a wedding ten times the size.

Anniversaries, birthdays and the celebrations that matter in between weddings. Planned and designed with the same attention, from the invitation to the last guest home.

A note from Wenxin

The weddings I am proudest of were built on trust.

Trust from our couples, and trust between the people who make the day happen. Some of our collaborators have been with us since close to the very beginning, near two decades now, and we are careful about who we bring into a wedding.

When should we start planning with you?

Do you plan weddings outside Singapore?

Yes. Singapore is home, and we also plan and run weddings abroad. We have worked in the United States, the Maldives, Sydney, Bali, Phuket and Kuala Lumpur, and we handle the logistics of a destination wedding from here so you are not coordinating another country on your own.

Is our guest list too small for a planner?

No. Some of our favourite weddings have been small. For one couple, thirty guests on the Raffles lawn was exactly the right size, and it received the same care as a weekend for hundreds. Design and attention do not depend on the number.

What does full-service planning actually include?

Everything from the concept and budget to the venue, the vendors, the design, the timeline and the coordination on the day. Food, service, music and design all sit with us, so you are not managing a dozen suppliers yourself in the months before the wedding.

Do we have to use your vendors, or can we bring our own?

Both. We have a roster of collaborators we trust, built over close to two decades, and we are glad to work alongside people you already love. The aim is the right team for your wedding, not a fixed list.

Will Wenxin be involved in our wedding?

The Wedding Stylist is founder-led, and Wenxin stays close to the weddings we take on. You will not be signed by one person and handed to a stranger on the day.
